Krew is 7 and in 2nd grade. It is September and school has begun, things are "normal". During the week of September 14th krew had headaches and a bloody noses, in fact he had 5of them that week.. So by that Saturday night as he lay there asleep on the couch with tissues up his nose, we talked about how concerned we were. After my prayer, which consisted of "guide me to the direction I should go" I went to sleep. The next day at church I sat in the hall as Brad Talcot a nueorolgist in our ward came up and spoke with me. I told him of our concerns. He said .."get him in sometime". So the next morning, Oddly enough his wife jenny was my first client and she said when u call to make an appointment, make sure u tell them jenny said get him in ASAP. So I did...and they did.
On Tuesday September 22nd. We were lucky enough to be waiting for Dr Talcot to examine krew.
As the doctor spoke to us about the headaches and bloody noses, there wasn't much concern, so he proceeded to give him a nuerological exam and krew showed signs of his left side being weaker than his right side, which was worrisome, So we scheduled and MRI, and from this very moment our lives haven't been the same.
